Held accountable for conducting in person interviews and assist with selection processWork closely with recruitment teamRequired to complete all FCS, state and federal related onboarding steps and requirement for all new hiresResponsible for ordering uniforms and supplies for the operational teamLiable for coordinating with operations team; orientation and OJT requirements for new hiresManage the office and all its required responsibilitiesWill liaison and work closely with the corporate HR teamMange and report hires, terms and changes in employment of all assigned employeesResponsible for upkeep of employee personnel filesWill assist and drive employee engagement initiatives Responsible for driving to client location to deliver itemsAccountable for maintaining state and federal law postersAll other job functions to maintain office and support of operations team KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Diploma or equivalent.
Any HR or office management experience is a plus MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE USED:
